Academy of Ancient Music (AAM) and Laurence Cummings release three of Bach’s celebrated Brandenburg Concertos, recorded live at AAM’s sold-out performances in 2024 and presented here in Dolby Atmos surround-sound.

The three concertos in this digital release are perhaps the three best-known concertos, with AAM Music Director Laurence Cummings first among equals in controlled explosions of fantasy, melody and exuberant joy, glowing with all the colours of the baroque orchestra at its most unbuttoned.

These live recordings allow Bach’s inspiration and vitality to sing through, with these famous concertos more vivid, more entertaining and more original than ever.
