Shipping is fulfilled on our behalf by our shipping provider, but you can contact us if you have any questions about it. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, but we cannot guarantee this around public holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Where shipping costs are not otherwise listed on the product page:

• UK: We ship 1st Class and charge £3.95 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item in your order.
• Europe: We offer standard shipping at £7 for the first item plus £1.50 for each additional item in your order. We also offer a tracked service starting at £14.
• Rest of World: We offer standard shipping at £10.50 for the first item plus £2.50 for each additional item in your order. We also offer a tracked service starting at £19.
  Some products, such as series orders and large hardback books, have their own shipping pricing. These will be listed on the product page.

Please note that our delivery charges do not include any import duties or local taxes that may be applied in your own country, and for which you may be liable.

If you have a problem with your order, the best thing to do is to get in touch with us. We’ll be glad to help you.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, or you change your mind, you can return it to us in its original unopened condition and we will issue a full refund of the price that you paid for the item(s). Please contact us as soon as possible, but at least within 30 days of your order.

We recommend using recorded delivery when returning your order. We’re unable to process a refund before we receive the returned products.

If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if we determine there’s a problem with your item, we’ll cover the cost of the return or send another to you free of charge. If you’ve changed your mind, you’ll have to pay to send it back to us.
